I built these calculators for my own client work and published them because clients kept asking for the links. Each one is free, with no signup and no email required. The one exception on privacy is the address lookup in the two feasibility tools, which sends the address or folio you enter to Miami-Dade County's servers, normally through this site's own server function and directly from your browser if that fails. Everything else runs and stays in your browser.
