I've always believed real estate in Miami is an investment decision first. It's why I studied International Finance and Marketing at the University of Miami's Herbert Business School, and it's the lens I bring to every recommendation. Research and due diligence come before opinions and decisions. The priority is long-term value.
Before real estate, I served as Director of Operations at You First Sports in Key Biscayne, negotiating professional athlete contracts with European leagues. The job was about protecting a client's interests when the stakes were high and the other side had its own agenda. The same instinct runs through every negotiation I handle in real estate today.

Consistent results and client satisfaction matter, and so does how long the track record stretches in a single market. For me, that is two decades in Miami.

Rooted in Glenvar Heights
I'm the son of Cuban immigrants. I married my high school sweetheart, and we raised our two kids right here in Glenvar Heights. I trained both of them through their competitive soccer years in this neighborhood, and you'll still find me out here most mornings, at the gym or on the tennis and pickleball courts. I've watched this place evolve block by block and invested in it personally. When I advise clients on this area, it's not secondhand knowledge. I live it.
My roots are in Glenvar Heights, but my work spans Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, South Miami, Palmetto Bay, Kendall, and greater Miami-Dade. I personally own investment properties across several of these communities, so when I advise a client on a neighborhood, I have skin in the game.

Nicklaus Children's Hospital is one of the organizations I support. It is South Florida's only licensed specialty hospital exclusively for children and one of the top-ranked pediatric hospitals in the nation. The other is Place of Hope, a Palm Beach Gardens nonprofit that has provided foster care, housing, and healing to more than 30,000 children and families across South Florida since 2001.
